Ethnic Convention, a 4 day spiritual retreat for Yugoslav background SDA's, is held every 2 years. As you can see it's a relatively busy schedule with meetings throughout the day and night, including a Saturday night concert. The main programs were held in Avondale College Church, while the youth programs were in Ladies Chapel, a smaller venue across the road from College Church. The interesting part about this gig was that the majority was conducted in another language which makes last minute changes difficult.Each program generally included 10 vocalist, piano, bass and drums, plus lecturn mic for sermons.
